Wagers that have been confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player. In the event of a technical error — including a game malfunction, server fault, or display error — ninong reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. Payouts resulting from a clear technical error that are credited to an account may be reclaimed by ninong.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held until the review is complete. Verified balances belonging to accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing.
You may also request voluntary account closure at any time. Existing balance at the time of closure may be withdrawn, subject to completed KYC and any outstanding review. Submit closure requests through the platform's support channel.
